EACH SATURDAY MORNING, PILGRIM CHURCH WILL BE DISTRIBUTING FOOD ON BOSTON COMMON TO THOSE WHO NEED A FREE LUNCH. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP, CONTACT US AT 617-282-0456 OR pilgrimchurch1862@yahoo.com.

Saint Catherine of Sienna Parish of Simsbury, Conneticut first sent youth to help with our Community Lunch in March of 2009 (in fact, they were the first youth group to volunteer at Pilgrim Community Lunch.)  The picture to the right shows the group from Saint Catherine's on their fourth annual "Pilgrimage" on March 24, 2012.

The Great Wall of Akron
The Great Wall of Akron was built at Pilgrim Church July 14-16, 2008, by a group of 8th Graders from Chapel of Akron and Green in Ohio.

This was accomplished during their third visit to Pilgrim Church (in 2006, they lanscaped the front yard, and in 2007 they removed an ancient jungle gym. . .)

On June 22-23, 2009, the wall was extended by members of a youth group from Walnut Grove Baptist Church of Mechanicsville, Virginia.
RIGHT HAND SIDE WAS BUILD BY THE WALNUT GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH
THE RIGHT HAND PORTION WAS BUILT BY THE WALNUT GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH

ONCE AGAIN, IN JULY 2009,  FOLKS FROM OHIO HAVE CONTINUED THE BUILDING OF THE RETAINING WALL AT PILGRIM CHURCH. THIS TIME, FROM FIRST FRIENDS CHURCH IN CANTON, OHIO.  FOR DETAILS, CHECK OUT THEIR BLOG.
